PLAYER PACK - FUNDRAISER

Instructions:

Our goal is to promote Freedom Patriot School spirit and the support of our football program throughout the community. We hope that each player will participate in the “PLAYER PACK” fundraiser.   

1.      Players may start collecting orders as soon as they receive their “PLAYER PACK” order form.

2.      Reminder:  Order forms need to be returned to Coach Roeder, Monday, October 26, 2009.

3.      Orders may be made by anyone. If a player sells 8 items from the “PLAYER PACK” form, he will receive a free Nike Premier Fleece Hoody and Fleece Pant as a reward.

Fleece Nike Hoody and Pant can be purchased for $56.00.

4.      Players should collect the money when order is made.

Make checks payable to:     The Black and Gold Gridiron Club be sure to include a phone number on each check.
